The house is a two-minute walk from indoors and outdoors municipal pool right on the beach; a five minute walk from local grocers; five minutes by car from major golf club; five minutes by car/train from one of the most prized seaside towns, with a wide, white, fine sand beach extending for more than 80 miles; fifteen minutes by car/train from the city of Porto, the second largest city, home to Porto university, private and state colleges, medieval architecture and Port Wine; 40 minutes by car/train from the university of Aveiro. Two and a half hours from Lisbon by car or train.

The house is in its own grounds. It has three floors with views of the sea, 4 bedrooms and one open plan top floor with futon-bed/sofas. It is fully furnished and the price includes a maid service once a week. It is up for rent due to owner temporarily residing in the US for the next couple of years.
